Legal Experience

RSI Research, Inc. has conducted Mock Trial/Legal Focus Group recruiting, Community Attitude Studies, Change of Venue Studies, Shadow Jury recruits and Post – Jury analysis throughout the United States and its territories for over 23 years. These legal research projects have influenced the decisions and legal strategies used in a number federal and district courts in most every state.

This work has included providing logistical support, recruitment, moderation and analysis assistance for over 600 “Legal Focus Groups/Mock Trials” in most of the 50 states. Providing the research for over 29 Community Attitude Research studies since 2004 and Research for over 43 “Change of Venue” decisions in 39 federal courts since 2019. This research has impacted decisions in many high-profile cases. In addition, we have assembled several “Shadow Juries” so attorneys have a real-time evaluation of their court presentation and strategies. And conduct “Post Jury Analysis” to better understand verdicts and opinions of the juries.

The success of our research comes from using only an RDD methodology, delivering individuals who have not been previously conditioned from participating on legal panels or other research sessions. Many legal consultants; major legal firms using in-house research; and the United States Department of Justice considers RSI Research, Inc. a premiere legal research resource.
